21732: Campaign limit reached on the Brand
MESSAGING
ERROR
This error occurs when you try to create a second Sole Proprietor Campaign for a Sole Proprietor Brand. You can create only one SOLE_PROPRIETOR campaign per SOLE_PROPRIETOR brand, and campaigns in statuses such as Pending, Registered, and Failed still count toward that limit.
- A Campaign is already associated with the same Sole Proprietor Brand.
- The existing Campaign is still in a status such as Pending, Registered, or Failed, and it still counts toward the one-campaign limit for that Brand.
- Your use case needs more than a Sole Proprietor Brand supports. Sole Proprietor Brands are limited to one Campaign.
- Find the existing Campaign for this Sole Proprietor Brand and delete it before you create a replacement Campaign. If you delete and recreate the Campaign programmatically on the same Messaging Service, wait at least 5 seconds after deletion before submitting the new Campaign.
- If the existing Campaign is in
FAILEDstatus, update that Campaign in Console instead of trying to create a second Campaign for the same Sole Proprietor Brand. - If the business needs more than one Campaign, higher throughput, or more flexibility, move from a Sole Proprietor Brand to a Standard or Low-Volume Standard Brand and register a new Campaign for that Brand.
