When an A2P 10DLC Brand is in a suspended state, the following operations are not allowed: • Create a new campaign - when you try to create a new campaign using a suspended brand, this error code is returned • Update brand - when you try to update a suspended brand, this error code is returned
Your Brand has been suspended because of one or more violations against the US A2P 10DLC policies.
