Twilio failed to upload the recording file to the external AWS S3 bucket specified in Voice Settings due to an invalid configuration. The recording file has been deleted, and if the resource exists, the resource has been marked as “failed”.
Possible Causes
Invalid S3 bucket URL
Invalid AWS S3 bucket credentials
AWS S3 bucket credentials not found in Credential Storage
Possible Solutions
Ensure AWS S3 bucket credentials are valid and available in Credential Storage
Set a valid S3 bucket URL
Disable external storage
Ensure External Storage settings are provided for each home region you want to use
