Twilio could not process the transcription because the duration of the recording is either too short or too long. The recording itself will not be affected.

Possible Solutions

  • Transcription is currently limited to recordings with a duration greater than 2 seconds and less than 120 seconds. Consider using the maxLength parameter for <Record> to limit the duration of the recording. See transcription TwiML reference for more information.
