The majority of this setup and management occurs outside of the SendGrid console. SendGrid support can help with the steps that happen within your SendGrid account - such as sender authentication setup. The setup options below are examples, and there are several more CDNs available for use with SSL for Click Tracking.
Twilio SendGrid supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) enabled click and open tracking. To enable SSL click and open tracking for an authenticated domain with branded links, additional configuration for the SSL keys is required.
In order for click and open tracking to work over SSL, Twilio SendGrid needs to present a valid SSL certificate that will be trusted by the email recipient's security mechanism. For authenticated domains, Twilio SendGrid is not able to request and/or manage certificates, as it is not the record owner for the domain.

Once you have followed the configuration guide for either of these services, please contact Twilio SendGrid Support to enable SSL click and open tracking for you. Once SSL click and open tracking is enabled, you can access the data via the UI (Stats or Activity Feed) or API (Email Activity or Stats).
