Portable Numbers

  • Geographic (local) numbers 

Restrictions

  • Most of International Phone Numbers have VOICE capability only, no SMS.
  • Letter of Authorization must be in Italian. You can use English translation for guidance
  • Italian Porting requires Secret Codes (Codice Segreto) on the LOA. Secret Codes are PIN Codes that are requested from the losing communication provider. Provider can share codes for each number or one code for a group of numbers
  • We are able to support porting only with major carriers in Italy. Please note that sometimes numbers are provided by resellers and the real carrier is only determined during the porting process. Only the following carriers are supported for porting:
    • BT
    • CloudItalia
    • Colt
    • Fastweb
    • Sky
    • Tim
    • Tiscali
    • TWT
    • Uno
    • Verizon
    • Vodafone
    • Voxbone
    • Wind
