# 95500: Redaction field or category requires a HIPAA Account

## Description

The redaction configuration cannot be created or updated because it includes a field or category that contains protected health information (PHI), and your account is not enabled for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

### Possible causes

* The configuration selects the `HEALTH_DATA` category or one of its fields, such as `DRUG` or `MEDICAL_CONDITION`.
* Your account is not enabled for HIPAA.

### Possible solutions

* Remove the PHI fields and categories from the configuration.
* Contact Twilio Support to enable HIPAA for your account.
