# 30567: Phishing and Simulated Phishing Messages Are Prohibited

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Messaging configured to simulate phishing attacks is prohibited on the network. This includes simulated smishing campaigns sent to a company's own employees as part of internal security awareness or threat training.

### Possible causes

* Your registration is intended to send simulated suspicious links or unverified credential reset prompts to employees for security awareness testing.
* Your campaign is configured to simulate phishing or smishing attacks.

### Possible solutions

* Confirm that your messaging is not designed to simulate phishing or smishing attacks.
* If your use case is legitimate, update your campaign description and message samples to reflect your actual messaging and remove any simulated phishing or credential-testing content.
* Once your content no longer simulates phishing attacks, resubmit your registration for review.
