# 30564: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links not near opt-in

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Direct text links to your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are not placed close to the call-to-action opt-in section, or they are hidden inside dropdowns or pop-ups.

### Possible causes

* Legal links are located far from the call-to-action or opt-in section.
* Terms of Service or Privacy Policy links are hidden inside a pop-up window or a dropdown menu.

### Possible solutions

* Place direct text links labeled Terms of Service and Privacy Policy within close proximity of the call-to-action or opt-in section.
* Make the links plainly visible rather than hidden inside dropdowns or pop-ups.
* Resubmit your registration once the links are positioned near the opt-in.
