# 30563: Terms of Service missing carrier liability disclosure

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Your Terms of Service omit the required statement clarifying that wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

### Possible causes

* The Terms of Service do not include language absolving wireless carriers of liability for message delivery delays or failures.

### Possible solutions

* Add a carrier liability clause stating that wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
* Resubmit your registration once the carrier liability disclosure is added.
