# 30559: Terms of Service missing product description

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Your Terms of Service do not clearly describe the nature, content, or scope of your messaging program.

### Possible causes

* The Terms of Service cover general subscription terms but do not describe the types of messages that are sent.
* Subscribers cannot tell whether messages are marketing offers, order updates, appointment alerts, or other content.

### Possible solutions

* Update the Terms of Service to include a clear product description outlining the types of messages subscribers will receive.
* Resubmit your registration once the product description is added.
