# 30557: Terms of Service missing business or program name

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

Your Terms of Service do not clearly identify the registered business name or the program name associated with your messaging program. Registrations must name the business or brand operating the text messaging service.

### Possible causes

* The Terms of Service describe messaging program rules but do not name the business or brand that operates the service.
* Neither the registered business name nor the program name appears anywhere in the Terms of Service.

### Possible solutions

* Update the Terms of Service to explicitly state the registered business or messaging program name.
* Resubmit your registration once the Terms of Service identify the business or program name.
