# 30545: Call-to-Action does not state message frequency

Log Type: APPLICATION

Log Level: ERROR

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

The Call-to-Action (CTA) disclosure does not state how often the end user will receive messages. Clear frequency expectations must be provided before opt-in.

### Possible causes

* The opt-in form requests consent without specifying how often messages will be sent.
* The disclosure does not indicate that messaging is recurring.

### Possible solutions

* Update the CTA disclosure to explicitly state message frequency using standard phrasing such as "Message frequency varies," "1 msg per request," or "4 msgs/month".
* Resubmit with the updated disclosure text.
