# 30497: Use case summary is incomplete or unrelated to the messaging

## Description

This error applies to both Toll-Free Verification and A2P 10DLC registration.

The use case summary is too generic, incomplete, or describes something unrelated to the selected messaging use case. It must fully explain how and why you send messages.

### Possible causes

* The summary provides limited detail about the messaging use case.
* The summary describes activity that is unrelated to the selected use case.
* Key information about how and why messages are sent is missing.

### Possible solutions

* Provide complete, specific details describing your intended use case.
* Explain clearly how and why you send messages to opted-in recipients.
